About Me
I come from Alibag, a beautiful town in west coast of India. I did bachelors from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and MS from Georgia Tech. In undergrad years, I worked on Indian Sign Language Recognition to recognize dressware dataset using machine learning. I continued my passion to develop assistive computer applications for deaf and hard of hearing community after coming to Georgia Tech. I am working with Prof. Thad Starner on American Sign Language game called Copycat. I completed my masters project in wearables. It was advised by Prof. Gregory Abowd. I was a part of Context Computing Group and UbiCom Lab. I was an intern in Disney Research, LA in summer 2017. After completing Masters, I joined Disney Research again as a research intern. I love reading books. Especially classic literature and current affairs.
